3) Connect: Friends, Family, and Social Media
Now that we have our health and money sorted, it’s time to think about our relationships. This step is all about our friends, family, and even the people we talk to on social media. Good relationships are really important for a happy life, but they’re easier to manage when we’re not stressed about other things like money or health.
4) Grow: Learning and Getting Better
With everything else in place, we can now focus on growing as a person. This means learning new things, understanding ourselves better, and always trying to improve. It’s like adding decorations to our house to make it unique and truly ours.
5) Thrive: Having Fun and Enjoying Life
The last step is all about having fun and enjoying life. Once we have the other parts of our life in balance, we can really start to enjoy ourselves and do things that make us happy. This is the cherry on top of our life sundae!
